Day 3: Gooroo - on how their appointment optimisation tool is helping to plan capacity in Elective Care
COVID-19 has had an unprecedented impact on elective care in the UK, so we at Transforming Systems are coming together with 4 other leading industry experts to deliver a series of webinar sessions that will showcase a number of digital solutions aimed at reducing the backlog and improving patient flow in elective care; ultimately saving valuable time and improving delivery of care for patients.

Modern booking systems are good at matching patients to the right capacity, but there is a gap when it comes to choosing which patient to book next, and which slots to offer them first. Gooroo Booker's algorithm completes the circle, bringing safe, fair and efficient booking techniques to today's online booking systems, and it is currently at the working prototype stage.
